Generally, it's homey place, loved it.
Unique design, amazing bed, satisfactory breakfast. The staff were helpful domestic & were more than helpful.
We liked this hotel, it was small and spotless. Prime location, brilliant service - overall just perfect. The room was very fresh, had a compact bathroom. A good choice of very tasty food for meals. Beds were soft and staff was willing to help.
Excellent value for money in a super nice area. Everything was high quality, it's spotless and beautifully designed hotel. The staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay.
Rooms and staff were superb, I had a very positive experience here.
Hot breakfast, tidy place, astonishing views.

No negatives from this place.
There was the lovely breakfast, liked the location.
Amazing base for travelling to Belfast and exploring local places. The bed was really comfortable and also super clean. Location in a quiet area.
Planned to see Belfast major attractions and it was ideal place for visiting all of them. We were in the king room with a personal safe, ironing facilities and a study table. We really enjoyed this hotel👍
Even the hallways were spotless, free breakfast. Quiet location, nearby for food and with easy access to city centre
Room was comfortable and clean, a good free breakfast and great location, walk to city centre
The hotel staff are friendly, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is nice. A family room has everything you need. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved the Queens district. Molly's Yard, which is placed only 300 metres away, is a nice dining choice. You can easily park on free parking just next door to the property.
The selection at breakfast, as well as the quality of the coffee was not good.
Breakfast is excellent
There's no trigger in the bathroom. Windows can only be opened a little bit. Walking distance to the city center, about 20 min.
